The Willow Tea Rooms at 217 Sauchiehall Street were designed by Charles Rennie Mackintosh and Margaret Macdonald, and opened in 1903.
This museum is where you can see Margaret Macdonald Mackintosh’s largest gesso panel, The Seven Princesses, which is considered to be her masterpiece.
The Mackintosh House is internally an accurate reconstruction of the house where Charles Rennie Mackintosh and Margaret Macdonald lived from 1906 to 1914.
